CLOSED – Weekends and public holidays


If you’ve booked for a weekend delivery, your order delivery will be made on the Friday beforehand. Delivery times are not selectable. A delivery 2 hour time estimate will be sent to you the evening before your delivery by SMS.

We’ll send another SMS to you when we are on our way with your delivery on the delivery day.


Do you deliver?

YES! We deliver all across Melbourne. When you book online you can select delivery (or pick-up from us) as an option and the delivery cost is calculated at checkout. While we do cover almost all of greater Melbourne, there are some areas that are outside our normal delivery area which incur a much higher delivery fee (sorry – fuel and time is the killer), in some cases delivery is not available if your location is too far outside our normal delivery area. Does delivery charges include pickup as well?

Absolutely! When we charge you delivery, it’s a two way street. We’ll drop off to you and then collect after your event. As we are closed on SUNDAY, any hires that finish on a Sunday will be collected the following day at no extra charge,

How Much does delivery cost?

The most common rates are :

  • 15 Klms from Eltham 3095   –  $55
  • 15+ Klms from Eltham into greater Melbourne  $77
  • Outside our normal delivery area $99
  • Same Day Service (we drop off and come back and collect on the same day to ANY delivery zone) $90
What time will you deliver?

We dont know! But our delivery run will be finalised late the afternoon before your delivery date. We will send you an SMS the day before anbd inform you a two hour window as to the time we will deliver. On the day of delivery, we’ll send another SMS when we are on our way.

Can I choose my delivery time?

Simply put, No.

As we are delivering to customers all over Melbourne we can’t take specific time requests for deliveries or pick-ups. 

What if my event starts early in the day?

Order for the day before you need it, that way you know everything will be delivered well and truely on time and it’s one less thing for you to be stressed about. Your party is for a good time, not a stressful time!


Where do we pick up from?

Our facility in Epping. Just before you ask, where in Epping? 3 Scanlon Drive Epping, HOWEVER!!!  you ned to make a booking. Without a booking, turning up to hire on the spot would result in either a delay in havnig an order ready to collect or worst still, if we are booked out, you could leave disappointed. When you book online (or over the phone on 03 83703533) we’ll immedaitely send you a booking confirmation with all the details you need to pick up your order.

What time can we pick up?

Pick-ups are available on the day you are booked for your hire from 10:30am. We operate until 5pm. This applies to all weekdays. We are only open for pick-ups on Saturdays by appointment. If you’re running late, give us a call, we might be able to help you as we’re a bunch of workaholics.

When do I need to return

Return anytime weekdays from 10:30am to 5pm. If you’re running late, please give us a call and we might be able to make a spcial arrangement.

If your hire ends on Weekends, you’re welcome to keep the hire and return on Monday as we are closed on Weekends and Public Holidays.
